Priyanka Chopra Confirms Nepal Trip!!

Nepali fans of Priyanka Chopra are on Cloud 9 after the actress shared a photo on her Instagram account with the caption “Thx @prabalgurung ! Was awesome to meet u last night! C u in Nepal!!”. The EXOTIC singer is seen rocking a fierce black leather dress by Prabal Gurung and also striking a pose with the designer himself. After giving countless hits and award-worthy performances, the Queen of Bollywood has plans to take over the world. Chopra is currently promoting her music career in the USA and also celebrating the announcement of being the face of American fashion brand GUESS.

Priyanka was in London on the 20th April for an exclusive autograph signing event at the GUESS store in Regent Street. The event was also held to mark the debut of Chopra’s third single “I Cant Make You Love Me” (first for UK radio). As an eager fan – me and few others queued up outside, got our GUESS wristbands, freaked out thinking why are all these people here (there were LOADS) and then finally got taken into the store in groups of four/five where we queued up – went over, said Hi, shook her hand, she signed the GUESS catalog which has stunning photos of her and then one of the staff there took a photo and then said Bye. That was the whole experience and that was pretty fun! As I went over, I quickly introduced myself as a fan from Nepal and PC replied saying “oh really, you know Im going to Nepal soon for filming” – when she said that I freaked out because before that I hadn’t really taken her instagram caption seriously. After that I don’t remember much – I probably mumbled about how she looked amazing in the Prabal Gurung dress and she smiled and then I probably moved away after I heard “Keep Moving” by one of the few security folks that surrounded the actress/singer. Anyways – had a great time!

SO – Nepali Priyanka Chopra fans, how exciting! I am sure fans and even non-fans will be in awe of the actress if they get the opportunity to see or meet her. For now – I am really curious as to what she will be filming in Nepal? An advert for GUESS midst the Himalayas? New film maybe? Hmm! To those wondering – Priyanka Chopra has been to Nepal before, way back in 2004-5 for a film shoot alongside Govinda.
